Il cerchio / The circle

Sono in un cerchio,

Il cerchio è delineato con dei sassi, dal diametro del cerchio partono tre raggi che tendono all’infinito, questi tre raggi dividono lo spazio in tre fette distinte che non si toccano tra loro.

Al centro si vede la città, con una foresta di palazzi e un labirinto di luci, condensate nei primi metri che si diramano all’infinito a perdita d’occhio. Sull’asfalto scorre dell’acqua che scola verso un tombino.

A sinistra si vede la montagna, con un manto di foglie che ricopre totalmente il terreno, l’acqua scorre sotto le foglie umide, che inermi raccolgono l’acqua e si bagnano.

A destra c’è il fiume, che scorre lento placidamente sotto i sassi, crea insenature e si raccoglie in piccoli stagni puliti e cristallini per poi riconfluire e scorrere verso il mare.

Dal mio indice destro cade una goccia d’acqua nel fiume, questa goccia esiste contemporaneamente nella città, nel ghiacciaio e nel fiume.

Questa goccia sono io,

Sono un cerchio.

I’m inside a Circle,

The circle is outlined with stones; from the circle’s diameter, three rays extend towards infinity. These three rays divide the space into three distinct slices that do not touch each other.

In the center, the city is visible, with a forest of buildings and a maze of lights, condensed in the first few meters that branch into the infinite as far as the eye can see. Water flows on the asphalt, draining towards a drain.

On the left, the mountain is visible, covered with a blanket of leaves that completely coats the ground. Water flows beneath the damp leaves, which helplessly collect and become wet.

On the right, there’s the river, flowing slowly and peacefully under the stones, creating coves and gathering in small, clean, crystalline ponds before merging again and flowing towards the sea.

From my right index finger, a drop of water falls into the river. This drop exists simultaneously in the city, in the glacier, and in the river.

This drop is me,

I am a circle.
